Why badge scans don't tell the whole story
Badge scans are a convenient proxy because they connect to a name. They are also a filter. Anyone who does not scan is treated as if they were never there.
Visitors watch demonstrations, handle products, speak with staff and return later without leaving a record. Traditional reporting cannot see that work.
Visitor analytics does not replace lead capture. It explains the rest of the stand: entry, dwell, journeys, interactions and the difference between a quiet corner and a crowded one.
