What dwell time tells you about an exhibition stand
A busy aisle can look successful from the inside of the stand. Dwell time tests whether people actually stay.
Average dwell across the stand is a starting point. Zone-level dwell is more useful: it shows whether a product demonstration holds people, whether a hospitality area is doing its job, and whether a display is being ignored.
Used with visitor journeys, dwell becomes a design tool. If people enter and leave in under a minute, the question is not only 'how many leads' - it is whether the stand is giving them a reason to remain.
